Air Pressure Testing Scotland is an independent company offering a service to assist the construction industry with all their needs for compliance with Section 6 (requiring all new dwelling types to conform with regulations, satisfying local authorities). Our aim is to assist in creating a better and greener environment whilst helping developers steer their projects through the changes created by the new regulations.
Craig has worked for the family property development company since 2000 and gained experience in several new-build homes, renovation projects and conversions from commercial to residential, including converting a church to form several flats. During this time he spent three years working in New Zealand building new homes in Auckland at the $3million+ range, so we can offer a practical service from the outset so you can feel more confident of passing all your testing requirements when they are needed the most.
Upon successful completion of the test we will issue certification and all test results to satisfy local authority building control.
