Timber Frame Construction Air Pressure Tested for a Developer in Castle Douglas, Dumfries and Galloway
Services we provided were consultation with the client and architect then air tightness testing upon completion. We worked close with the developer to provide practical advice and efficient regulatory compliance for the highly energy efficient design.
The air pressure test achieved an Air permeability rate of 2.8 m3/hm2, demonstrating a performance far exceeding the prevailing building regulations figure of 10 m3/hm2.
