A new development of high specification timber framed housing for a developer in Auchterarder in Perth and Kinross.
On this development we have been carrying out ongoing air tightness testing for a client on various different house types he has created on a bespoke farm steading.
The air pressure tests that we carry out here usually achieve a rate of between 4m3/hm2 and 5m3/hm2 demonstrating that the developer is building these houses to the sap design of 5m3/hm2.
Our operatives are regularly covering the Perthshire area carrying out testing for house builders and developers.
